A survey conducted in 2016 revealed that EHS professionals most commonly use incident reports, with 95.1% of respondents saying they use these forms. 88.5% of respondent

s are using inspection reports, 87% are using training forms (down from 92.3% in 2015), and 81.6% are using job safety/hazard analysis forms (down from 84.5% in 2015).
