Which EHS performance standards are adhered to most commonly?

In a survey conducted by BLR in 2015, 61.5% of jobsites said they adhere to the BS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety performance standard. 33.9% of participants said they adhere to ISO 14001 Environmental Management performance standards. Only 5.9% said they adhere to the AS9100 performance standards. Nearly one third (30.4%) answered “other.” Some of the common “other” responses are:

  • We don’t know
  • ISO 9001:2008
  • ISO 13485 <
