If a fire breaks out, know what has fed the fire, be aware of the location of fire extinguishers and know how to carry out the company fire emergency plan.
Every organization needs to have a robust fire emergency plan that includes regular practice sessions. If a fire breaks out, be aware of what has fed it. Do not put water on a grease fire as the water will simply splash the oil and spread the flames. Be aware where fire extinguishers and the nearest fire exits are located.
