Bio

Laura Surowiec is a Client Service Consultant for Medgate providing implementation and consulting services. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Indiana University in 2003 and Masters of Public Health specializing in Occupational Health and Safety from Tulane University in 2010. She is a Certified Safety Professional of the BCSP and an active member of American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Laura has 10 years of experience in the occupational safety and health field both as a government regulator with the NRC and OSHA and as a specialist in the private sector. Prior to joining Medgate, she worked as the sole Corporate Safety Specialist for a Fortune 500 company managing its health and safety issues for multiple business sectors worldwide.
