Lisa has spent the last 20+ years of her career in leadership positions most of it being in the transportation industry. The past 2 years she has had the opportunity to switch industries and join Premier Safety. Most of her leadership roles have been in call center management, operations, leading in to sales and marketing. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Digital Sales and Sales Operations at Premier Safety where she is responsible for the Digital (Inside) Sales team, Field Sales team, and Marketing. Lisa has experience in managing front line employees all the way up to Directors. She has managed teams that have ranged from 6 employees all the way up to 600 employees.
Transportation and Safety has historically been male dominated industries and Lisa prides herself in getting involved in organizations that recognize and promote women and women leadership. She has been involved in Women in Trucking, Women in Safety, #Girlsclub, and AA-ISP. She is passionate about allowing women to see their own potential and removing barriers to help them achieve their career goals leading them to live their best life.

Lauren Bailey President/Founder of Factor 8 and #Girlsclub
is the Founder of three successful performance improvement brands: Factor 8, The Sales Bar, and #GirlsClub. A proud “AA-ISP Most Influential” recipient for the past 10 years, she’s also been billed as a Top Coach and Top Woman in Sales.
Before entrepreneurship, Lauren led sales divisions in the technology sector and built multiple sales training departments, ultimately being recruited to design onboarding programs to launch Inside Sales in over 15 countries for IBM and SAP.
