Bio

Chancelor Wyatt pursued a B.S. mechanical engineering degree from Penn State University, followed by a M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. As a student he became a GEM Fellow which sponsored his graduate studies.

Upon completion of his studies he began his career with the Timken Company (Canton, OH), world leader in roller bearings, as a Sr. R&D Engineer. His position consisted of leading cross-functional teams covering bearing process/manufacturing & product development. After serving several years in the engineering function, he transitioned into the Supply Chain organization serving as a conduit between internal & external development team. This role lead to his transition into the marketing function which continued onto Ingersoll Rand (Annandale, NJ), leader in pneumatic power tools, leading the aftermarket product & services business supporting customers such as Pep Boys, Lowe’s, etc.

After serving in a director capacity at Ingersoll Rand, he transitioned his career to Ansell Llc (Iselin, NJ), leader in hand protection, where he served as the vertical head of marketing & business development that consisted of product management/development & strategic marketing. Since being at Ansell, he obtained 3 utility & design patents while leading global teams to grow underserved markets, etc. He currently serves as the NA lead of the Chemical and Electrician glove categories where he focuses on how to best manage the portfolio to drive growth through active engagement with sales, distribution, & end-users.
