Cancer Services of ECI – Little Red Door is a local, independent, nonprofit agency dedicated to providing unduplicated services to people in our region who have a cancer diagnosis. We offer material assistance through four programs: Nutrients for Life, Miles Toward Health, Medicine for Wellness, and Reaching Out – Breast Cancer. Additionally, the main office is stocked with a variety of medical and comfort supplies and features a “Simply Beautiful” Boutique with wigs and beauty supplies available and accessible to clients in all six counties. In order to increase accessibility, three satellite locations are also stocked with these supplies.
We improve wellness outcomes and the health of communities in our region through educational services such as “The Red Door Movement,” an informative program designed to empower those of all ages with the tools of change to drastically reduce the risks of developing cancer and other chronic illnesses and ultimately to prevent early death from cancer, as well as a smoking cessation and American Heart Association CPR/AED and First Aid courses.
