Oil and gas production is a notoriously hazardous industry. Workers are at risk of crush injuries from heavy equipment, as well as heat stress related injuries from working in high temperatures. In addition, the industry is also vulnerable to a range of other potential hazards, including fires, explosions, and chemical leaks. As a result, safety is of paramount importance in the oil and gas industry.

Until all hazards are completely eliminated, we must understand where they exist, how to prevent them, and what protection and PPE we can choose in the case something does happen.

Join Chris Smith from MCR Safety as he guides us through the hazards in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Oil & Gas sectors.
