Iolanthe Culjak, PT, CEAS is the President of Optimum Ergo. She has been a physical therapist for over 24 years and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist since 2005. She has trained a multitude of employees and management in ergonomics, tool handling, wellness, daily warm-ups, fall prevention, and body mechanics. She has helped improve workplace injury prevention for varying industries including manufacturing, office, construction, Federal government, fire fighters, janitorial and more. She specializes in the human factor which is the key component for injury prevention. She believes that all levels of an organization must work together to reduce injuries, improve productivity and increase employee retention.
