As a project management consultant she helped teams succeed in delivering critical multi-million dollar construction and manufacturing projects around the world. While she loved working with in the manufacturing environment, there was one aspect she truly hated: bulky and manly steel toe boots that were uncomfortable and made it impossible to dress professionally. After years of frustration she decided to solve this issue by launching Xena Workwear and designing fashionable steel-toe footwear for women so that they can finally perform their jobs being safe, comfortable and confident!
