Join us as Bernadette Prosser and Don Cameron discuss the changing landscape of "lone working" due to covid-19, the rise of remote workers and the shifting risks associated with these increases.
We open with a discussion about if we are getting senior management's buy-in for important Health & Safety measures. Then dive into how can we better protect lone workers, go beyond technology and training; that there is great need for dynamic risk assessments, conflict management and other soft skills during these uncertain times.
