Anne Gardner-Aston is the HSE Leader and Managing Partner of Safety Positive Consulting.

Anne Gardner-Aston is an experienced HSE Leader and Strategic H&S Consultant. She started her career in 1996 as an Environmental Health Officer but soon specialised within the field of occupational health and safety, holding positions as a consultant, Head of Operational Safety & Health for the Metropolitan Police, and Group H&S Director for Places for People.

She has a particular passion for people-centred H&S and now works with organisations to design forward-thinking H&S strategies and governance frameworks which encourage staff to be part of the solution to OSH issues.

As well as holding a degree in Environmental Health, she holds a MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Disaster Victim Identification. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and a Graduate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health.

Has presented on safety management topics at conferences in the UK, Canada, Dubai and Germany.
