Bob Henderson is back for a special encore 3E training that was suggested by a few members – Breweries, distilleries, and wineries! This course will focus on gas detection issues that confront alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) commercial beverage production, and important questions to investigate and understand before offering the best possible solution. The more you understand the customer’s pain, the more the customer will appreciate the solution. Bob will share his experience and expertise on how to successfully navigate meetings that lead to helping enhance their gas detection program.
