Everyone could use more sleep, right? When you are too tired you might nod off at work, at best—or you might nod off while driving. In fact, nearly half of Americans say that not getting enough sleep is making an impact at work and at home. Even scarier: Up to 70 million Americans are troubled by a sleep disorder.
