Site Audits / Property Assessments
Electronic Site Audits can include an overview of a site, a detailed assessment of a property, or a custom review such as water supply survey. Your inspectors and assessors can use tabets or iPads to record their findings, complete their inspections and transmit the data back to the database, which can be hosted on our servers (cloud) or on your servers (in-house). Site audits can also include long or complex checklists, decision-based inspections, or result-based actions.
Site Surveys
Site Surveys can include risk evaluation, recommendations, and detailed cost estimated for the required components to rectify hazards.
Automatic Reporting
You can configure Pervidi to automatically email copies of completed inspections to the appropriate personnel, or summaries of completed, pending and overdue inspections.
Automatic Corrective Actions
Pervidi can automatically create Corrective Actions based on deficiencies recorded by your inspectors. These Corrective Actions can be automatically emailed to the appropriate personnel with all the information required to rectify or correct the deficiency.
Proactive Triggers and Notifications
Pervidi's Trigger engine automatically emails alerts, notifications and reports based on dynamic criteria defined by you! For example, Pervidi can send you a daily email including all inspections completed within the past 24 hours.
Mobility and Data Collection
Inspectors often lack the tools to effectively collect data in the field and are forced to rely on clipboards or notebooks.
