Regulatory and continuous improvement audits are a painstaking task especially when conducted via paper checklists. And if by any chance they were made electronic, analyzing free text input provided by various auditors to determine the actual issue and then identify the next steps to be taken towards improving a certain compliance area, policy or program was just a nightmare. As for us, we lived through these challenges, were very familiar with the process due to our 10+ years of experience in the field of performing such audits and as a result created this very simple and customizable tool. Our mission is to provide a simple, customizable and structured application which when populated would also auto generate meaningful and actionable metrics that could be communicated to C-level executives when called upon.
