Compass comprises of TaskTrakker (Compliance plan development, task definition, assignments, notification, and historical performance reporting and tracking), the PDC Historian bridge (interface to a process control historian to obtain data to certify compliance), Emissions Inventory and Calcs (data entry, quality assurance audit, user-customizable formulas, management reports, and printed or electronic-file submittal outputs). This package is being built on the Microsoft.NET framework.
