What makes me a great Safety Equipment Expert

I have 18 years in the safety industry having grown with our company from its infancy. That means I understand how to identify business opportunities even if you are not the biggest fish in the pond. My experience has taught me that price is a factor and not the factor. There are always value-add opportunities that can make one distributor more attractive than another: better service, more responsive, stocking vs. just in time distribution model, etc. I take on more of a consultative approach with customers by helping them identify the right products at the right prices to help increase margin. Most importantly I help them identify new markets or even layers within their current customer based that is under served.
