If you witness at-risk behaviour and you ignore it, or walk by it, your silence has told that person their behaviour is acceptable. Peer pressure is extremely effective in changing group and individual behaviors.

We want to create a culture that makes it acceptable to approach co-workers and address their at-risk behaviour. We want to create a culture where we all take personal responsibility for our own and our co-workers at-risk behaviour – regardless of their rank, position or affiliation.
