What Does Safety Passport Mean?

A safety passport is a training course that aims to provide both general and/or industry-specific safety training. The term safety passport is most common in the U.K., where tests are administered by the the Client Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG). There is also a passport to safety issued in Canada by a nonprofit called Passport to Safety.

A safety passport may also be called a passport to safety.
