Food Handlers Card Mean?
A food handlers card is a proof of certification required of all food handlers in certain states within the United States. A food handler is defined as a person who works in a food facility and performs any duties that involve the preparation, storage or service of food in a food facility. People who are newly employed, usually have 30 days in which to obtain their food handlers card.
