Safeopedia Explains Social Justice

In its purest form, social justice would not only ensure a lack of discrimination, but also ensure the equitable distribution of society’s resources. In this sense, it can be said that social justice has never been fully achieved, and it could be argued that it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to achieve. However, we enjoy a higher degree of social justice than ever before in the history of the world. Discrimination is generally frowned upon and legislated against, and people of all races, backgrounds and personal inclinations are free to express themselves and enjoy equal rights under the law.
