Responsible for client relations, training content development & delivery, brand management and business development for California’s largest HHSE training company.

  • Directed and provided training curriculum for major O&G and Power Generation companies to include multiple products & services to include refinery, on/offshore safety, LNG, terminal, storage, pipeline, rail operations and power/communication transmission services.

  • Worked with product and HHSE engineers to develop client-specific company and contractor behavioral based safety programs and incentives for such clients as ExxonMobil, ChevronTexaco, Tesoro, ConocoPhillips, BP and subcontractors/subsidiaries/operators to include Airgas, Matheson Tri-Gas, Union Carbide, Praxair, Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach.

  • Lowered companywide OSHA recordable rate from 1.57 to 0.80 through increased safety training and incentive programs, including baseline OSHA 10-hr training for every field employee and OSHA 30-hr certification for supervisors
