Product Manager Stephanie Garner has over 13 years of experience in apparel development and fit technology. With 4 years specifically focused on PPE, and 9+ years in various workwear applications, fit and performance became a passion that transcends markets. In her 4 years with Radians, Stephanie has enjoyed identifying and developing Workwear, Rainwear and Head Protection products that satisfy needs within the PPE market.
Prior to Radians, Stephanie served as Senior Technical Designer of an apparel manufacturing company that specialized in medical and culinary apparel. Owning the fit and construction of all new product development provided invaluable insight into manufacturing processes and production planning. Her experience includes product development and lifecycle management with an emphasis on fit, function, and accessibility.
Stephanie has a Culinary Arts degree and is a Certified Super User in Gerber CAD. When Stephanie isn’t working, she enjoys anything in the kitchen or garden, ladies night, and binge watching Netflix with her husband (Mac) and daughter (Adelaide).
