We pride ourselves on our service delivery, which is supported by precise quality advice, guidance, and documentation that is delivered or produced to a very high standard.

The team at Safe Track Associates Limited believes in a proactive and positive approach to health and safety management. We endeavour to ensure that health and safety is at the forefront of general work activities and project parameters, communicated successfully to the team, achieving successful solutions through open and frank discussion with determined communication and co-ordination throughout all phases of a project from inception to completion.

The team at Safe Track Associates Limited is totally committed to providing the highest quality professional service; we have established bespoke quality control procedures, processes and guidance proformas which enhance the high standards we set. By demonstrating our commitment to quality on the commissions to which we are appointed, we hope to motivate other Consultants and Contractors to achieve the quality of service today’s Clients expect.

At all stages of any project, our internal procedures specify the monitoring and control measures carried out. All activities undertaken are monitored by the Project Supervisor. Dependent on the nature of the service provided and the complexity of the project, the Project Supervisor is the minimum level of staff empowered to release documentation for dispatch to external parties. Thus, any correspondence or documentation will be fully reviewed to determine that all Quality Assurance activities have been properly completed and, most importantly, the documentation complies with the Clients specified requirements.

To ensure the Client’s requirements are fully understood and followed is the primary objective of the team, therefore a project quality plan is established to determine exactly what these requirements are. Plans are reviewed periodically at relevant milestones, and agreed in advance by the Project Supervisor and Project Leader. Depending on the nature and duration of the project and the service required, the minimum number of reviews is set at two, but can be increased as appropriate.

In addition to the above, quality audits are carried out with the objective of embracing all projects and administrative functions. This system of monitoring is undertaken to ensure that all predetermined procedures and Client requirements are being properly followed at all times.
