Ruby Espino

Ms. Espino is a 2020 graduate of Columbia Southern University with a BA in Human Resource Management. She has twenty-four years of experience working for three different Agricultural companies as an HR Supervisor & Payroll Specialist, HR Partner, and HR Manager. MS. Espino’s experience includes Benefits, Policies, Leaves, Workers’ Compensation, Payroll, and Safety; as well as supporting farming and harvesting subsidiaries, hands-on employee engagement, conflict management, coaching/development, workforce planning, and performance management.
