Bio

Ronda Johnson has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Montclair State University and an MBA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with specializations in business strategy and supply chain management. Ronda has held several positions in research and manufacturing laboratories, including leadership positions for support roles of laboratory functions. Upon completion of her MBA, Ronda decided to merge her life science and business background into a career in sales.


Throughout Ronda’s career in sales, she has always been particularly passionate about safety and the need to keep both employees and facilities safe. This desire ultimately led her to Ansell, where her professional goals strongly align with the organizations to focus on safety and help companies select the right personal protection equipment solution to improve their safety, productivity, and cost performance. During her tenure at Ansell, Ronda has transitioned from sales to product management. She is currently the Regional Product Portfolio Manager for North America for chemical hand protection where she focuses on managing the portfolio to drive growth and support through active engagement with sales, distribution and end users all while keeping people safe.
