Lou has 30 years’ experience in areas of strategic planning, business development and sales management. Lou spent the last 20 years with Tingley implementing effective systems, strategies and processes to improve sales performance. He is accomplished in identifying and capturing market opportunities and delivers a keen understanding of business development through implementation of business practices grounded in continuous improvement. Lou graduated with a B.S. in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.
