Joyce Wooley has more than two decades of experience in the apparel industry. She is recognized as an executive with vast experience in raw materials, product development, global sourcing, production management, factory standards, social compliance and supply chain management.
Prior to joining Radians, Joyce held similar senior level development, sourcing, production, and quality positions with industry giants such as Nike, Sears, and lululemon athletica. At Radians, she is responsible for the development of high visibility apparel, including Type R Class 2 and Class 3 safety vests, workwear, cold weather jackets, shirts and polos, surveyor pants and more. She devises and executes strategic plans to meet productivity, profitability, quality and delivery in a wide variety of high visibility and outerwear products.
