Dylan Hipple

Dylan has provided executive leadership to organizations in all areas of safety and cultural growth. Hisroles have included a strong focus on coaching and supporting the growth of safety professionals and defining/elevating companies internal safety processes. Dylan has been a key player in developing strong partnerships built on accountability, alignment and integration of project teams and the construction workforce. Dylan continues to spearhead the development and integration of risk management technology, allowing organizations to utilize data to create better business intelligence and safety visibility for projects and customers. Dylan holds a B.A. in Safety Management as well as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) designations from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
