Desire’e Ropel is the Safety Manager at Hermanson and has been in the construction industry for over 10 years.
Previously the safety coordinator with a general contractor, Desire’e has now been the Safety Manager at Hermanson for the past 5 years.
Desire’e has aBachelor’s in Law, Society and Justice from the University of Washington and a Masters in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University.
Prior to her career in safety management, Desire’e was a commissioned officer in the United States Navy and was stationed on an Amphibious War Ship and a Destroyer where she completed 3 and half deployments, 2 of them to the middle East.
