Evaluating HazMat Response Options

Dealing with a large release of hazardous materials can be a daunting task. Who do you need to notify? How are you going to recover your losses? What will it do to your company’s public image? While all of these are valid questions that need to be answered, they all play a factor in a much large question – how are you going to stop the release?

In this webinar, we will discuss how to evaluate local Fire Department and/or HazMat Team capabilities. While some situations may be best suited for leaving it to the “professionals”, other cases may be able to be handled by a properly trained internal HazMat Team consisting of your own employees. Determining if your organization can benefit from an internal HazMat Team can reap huge benefits if done correctly. It’s all a matter of knowing which questions to ask. What’s the worst that could happen?
